Saffron Walden Labour party leadership event

Saffron Walden Labour party members will be in Saffron Walden Market Square (weather permitting) this Saturday 17 July in the afternoon inviting Labour supporters, and others if they wish, to give their views on choice of leader. Please do come along for what promises to be a very interesting event and exercise in opening up Labour party democracy.

Labour Friends of Italy founding annual general meeting
Tuesday 27 July 2010, 6-8pm at Labour party headquarters (39 Victoria Street) 

Labour Friends of Italy is a volunteer organisation which aims to:
- Promote Labour values and policies within the Italian community in the UK 
- Encourage the involvement of Italians within the Labour party 
- Create opportunity for a better understanding of Italian politics

Membership of Labour Friends of Italy is open to any Labour member (or any individual who is eligible to be a member of the Labour Party), who shares the aims of the Labour Friends of Italy and has paid the annual subscription.

Any party member who completes a membership form (please email info@labour-italy.org.uk) before the 25 July will become a provisional member (free of charge) and will have the right to vote and to be elected at the founding Annual General Meeting on the 27 July.
