Constituency Labour parties across the country

Progress wants to support CLPs in the work they do, campaigning for a fourth term Labour government.

To do this, we have launched two intiatives - our 'Speaker List', and the 'Obama Roadshow'. Both aim to make it easier for CLPs to arrange top-quality speakers for their meetings.

With less than a year to go before the next general election there is an urgent need for progressive policy debate and discussion in the party to show Labour has the ideas necessary to meet the social, economic and political challenges of the next decade. Although Europe has been a seismic and polarising issue for the UK political parties in recent years, their EU policies for the next five years have so far been barely mentioned.

Luther Pendragon, in association with Progress and ConservativeHome, is delighted to host a thought provoking event in Brussels where Jessica Asato and Jonathan Isaby, both  well-known and well- informed commentators from the main parties, will discuss, debate and respond to questions from the floor.
